JBS is part of the winning team at the Australian Nationals this weekend

As the excitement builds for the start of the new ANDRA Pro Series season, with the Australian Nationals at Sydney Dragway this weekend, JBS has come to the party with a fantastic prize to kick things off.

It has been anything but quiet for Wayne and the team during the off season of Top Alcohol drag racing. With plenty of opportunities to test the new car, Wayne is getting more comfortable with each successive run and is very close to his previous performance standard.

“The car has been running well” Wayne said “and we are really getting some good data from our testing sessions. I believe we will definitely be a force to be reckoned with this weekend and I am really looking forward to the event.” Wayne’s best elapsed time so far has been 5.67 seconds, which he ran at Judgement Day at Sydney Dragway in September and his best speed was 256mph at the Test & Tune last weekend.

“The numbers we are getting are good and I am sure we will be extremely competitive. There is a good field and we are determined to be in the running come Sunday’s finals” said Wayne during last minute preparations. “We are looking forward to our first win in the funny car, it is one we really want to get under our belt. The crew are motivated and I am hungry for it. We have had 3 really good testing sessions since the end of last season in June, and all that is left is to get out there and give it all we’ve got.”
